Poet
, Tim Sherry
 Phone 253-530-3463
Tim Sherry has been a high school teacher, coach and
principal for years. His passion for poetry was quietly
personal during that time. He finally began to share
his work and his first full-length poetry collection
"One of Seven Billion", has been well worth the wait.
These poems capture what it's like to be a child of
the mid-20th century and an elder in the new
millennium. Sherry's poems remind us about being
kids, explore marriage, the arc of parenthood and
finally, aging.
Sherry's poems are short on pretension and long on
everyday experience. But he still contemplates how
one human being can feel any significance in a world
crammed with seven billion people in
"One of Seven Billion"
